: Owner Had no problem with us showing up an hour earlier than scheduled, great parking and super clean modern room. Pool spotless too and us Canadians used it despite it being so late in season. Delicious choices for breakfast with homemade touches. Bikes available and easy access to both Desenzano and Sermione.

: Breakfast was superb. Room was clean and also the hole area was clean and fresh =).
: The owner Was a little bit stiff and Grumpy. But to his defense at the end of our trip he was friendlier. At night we didnt get much sleep because some guest where too loud and the walls where so thin that you could hear other guest walk and talk.... .The bed was verry Hard and there was only one pillow.

: beautiful garden with pool, lots of space and very modern, comfortable underground garage. very close to Sirmione. we loved the Terrace from where you can see the sunset, we had the large corner. very quiet area. the Pool area is great for relaxing
: the kitchen is small but Ok for making your own breakfast, however the induction stove did not like our Moka so we were unable to make coffee.
