  : The condo had a few things that needed improvement. 1) Linen was a bit dingy. 2) Difficult to get into patio, doors were difficult to open and the curtain were difficult to open and close. (3 Storage of extra pillow, etc were on floor in closet. Not exactly clean. 4) The televisions were so small.

  : Took me over 3 hours to gain access to my rental. No one was here to help us with cards to get inside the building. Finally 3 hours later we come in and the unit has a dirty sink and the unit was not to clean

  : Great views and location. There was plenty of space for my family and overall was a comfortable space.
  : For the cost of that unit everything was terribly outdated. There was paint chipped on some of the walls. The furniture was pretty broken down from use and in the bathtub in the master bathroom there was hair left from previous occupants. Quite honestly it wasn’t worth the money.

  : been staying in Destin for 29 years in a row. Beautiful view beautiful beach.
  : The condo was an absolute disgrace. The walk-in closet was chalk full of furniture and accessories from other properties. They use it as storage. The closet had dirty floaty‘s, beach chairs, etc.… Could not fit a single thing in it. Smells like dead fish. Feminine hygiene products in the bathroom trash can on check in. The carpet was disgusting and stained. The furniture looked like a yard sale. Curtain rods were broken with the curtains laying on the floor, and the bent curtain rods in a big vase jar. The walls were dirty and scraped. Appliances were rusty and broken. The vents were covered with moldy dust. My computer monitor at work is larger than that $79 TV that was in the living room. In 29 years, our stays have always been magical. I cannot describe how disgusting that condo is. I can’t believe Silver Shells does not have any homeowners standards when our experience has been overly impressive in the past. they are to be ashamed to rent that junk out in a luxury Beach resort. I have 15 or 20 pictures, because I know, no one would believe how atrocious this dilapidated decaying disappointment is. I love to give positive reviews. This is my first negative review in my life.
