  : Impressive property, very comfortable.
  : Parking and initial entry directions could be clearer. The given directions for parking could inform guests that there are two entrances to The Boulevard Parking and to take the first entrance off of 3rd before proceeding to the basement level B. Guests could also be told that they will receive a key fab once inside their room. We were unable to find the B level entrance with the given directions. We searched unsuccessfully from the second entrance to the garage and eventually waited to have a resident let us in through the front entrance on W Grand. We called the Mint House 800 number twice but were also unable to speak with someone who could help us get into the building. Towel service could have been accurate. We reserved the room for five people but there were only three sets upon arrival. Staff did bring two more sets the next day after we left a message.

  : The location was close to where I needed to be in New Center. The room was a good size and might have been fine if not for the other factors.
  : *Poor check in instructions.*Absent local customer assistance.*Phone support from people who don't know the space.*Room located between the building's gym and game rooms. The room's thin walls means waking up to people shooting pool or working out at all hours.*'Balcony' lets out onto public terrace, so all windows open to public space where strangers can look in.*Outlets around kitchen counter didn't work.*Bed too low to the ground, frame broken on one side.*Mint House app doesn't work with Booking's email address, have to create a new account on their system to use it.

  : Spacious and clean. The in-unit laundry comes with detergent pods.The two-bed apartment actually has two bathrooms, even when the listing lists only one.
  : The check in process was atrocious. We arrived at 10pm and the parking garage gate was completely fenced off. Called the customer service and was promised of a callback but no one called back. Eventually snuck in as a car entered the garage with their clicker.The curtains in the bedrooms are not blackout. Expensive overnight parking in nearby lots.

  : The apartment was pretty new, the bed were very comfortable, good ammenities at the bathroom, a lot of available coffee, kitchen well equipped.
  : The first day we has issues to get Hot Water to work. The building access info is indeed a little bit confusing. Some kitchen power plug not working. There was a party at the building game room, which the Windows and balcony are facing, but the Windows are fair in isolating noise.

  : Great apartment. 4 minute walk to henry ford hospital. Mail room with an address for amazon packages is available. I had a long stay and they were happy to replace my consumables eg. coffee cups, tissues and so on. This hotel manage a couple of apartments in a big apartment building called The Boulevard. Majority of people are actual tenants of the building which is a good thing.
  : 1-2 days out of 30 days there were loud music and people playing billiard at 1-2 am. I was told by minthouse that the building opens the game 24hrs and they don't have control over it.

  : Requested additional towels , never received. Also large stain on carpet in bedroom. Several outlets in kitchen were not working. Toilet paper on roll wasn't enough for 1 use. Fortunately found another roll under the sink

  : Great location, nice facilities.
  : Door code didn't work, so I had to call customer service and they gave me a new code which worked. Internet never worked. Customer service gave me a new password to try but it didn't work either. Disappointing to not be able to listen to music or watch tv because the internet never worked.

  : I need a refund. The fridge didn't work, and it stuck terribly. Further, we were running late for a wedding and wanted immediate access, but I needed to spend 30 MINS on the phone trying to get "approved" for access to the building. It was horrific, and I'm insulted by the audacity of such difficulty when staying at an apartment.

  : Very clean and spacious!
  : The directions from getting to the garage to the front of the building. The staff working in the garage stated there was no “Level B” sign on the parking ramp. Very difficult to find our building entrance at first with out the fob.
