  : was in a weird location in a strip mall & not a resort at all. no aircon in bedroom, was really hot in there, room wasnt ready when we arrived at 7pm.

  : Dirty apartment next door to a derelict building with broken glass scattered everywhere outside. Beware, this property is probably a tax dodge. Would only accept cash and no credit cards. Beware, the pictures to advertise this property pool area do not belong to the property and belong to the surrounding hotels.

  : The best aspect of this place is the fact you can access the pools of the Valamar hotels in the complex, as well as their bars and live events.
  : This apartment is sold on a pack of lies. The photos on Booking are totally misleading. They make out you are on a resort complex, overlooking the sea, in a high end accommodation, with active and present staff. This is absolutely not the case.The apartments are in a dingy block at the end of a seemingly abandoned strip mall. The promised access to the pool is down an abandoned side alley by some bins and felt like we were breaking into someone's hotel.The apartment itself is falling apart. Curtains were sellotaped to the walls, all the lightbulbs were out on the kitchen, which was absolutely filthy when we arrived. We found a previous guest's shirt hanging in the wardrobe. The sideboard of the master bedroom was hanging off. There was a massive scratch across the TV. The sofas were stained.This first hour of our stay, after travelling all day, was to spot and report all of these things, do we couldn't be blamed for them. It was insane.In fairness, Nikolina was very apologetic. She even came to the apartment to apologise personally, saying she'd arranged for the cleaner to come again the next morning to do it again.The"sea view" was 90% a view of the roof of the apartment below, again, totally different from the images they advertise against.We have to self cater. The kitchen was in no way stocked as listed and could in no way accommodate the six people or claims to. There weren't more than three mugs! I also spent over an hour cleaning it before we could consider cooking in it.The lack of staff onsite meant that a party of drunk people immediately below us went on until 1am, with nobody official able to get it stopped. Eventually another guest demanded they stop, when they were screaming in the hallways.On our last evening, the kitchen sink pipe just split apart, flooding the floor. When we reported it, we were just told it'd be fixed for the next guests. We washed up in the toilet sink. Not good enough.

  : Dubrovnik is fantastic and the area babin kuk is so nice.
  : What was highly unprofessional wich makes the grade 1 for Adriatic is that the wanted payment by bank transfer to a private persons bank account in Croatia. You cant pay with card at all. Ver shady and unprofessional. Never coming back there.

  : The Wifi worked good at the apartments
  : The room was never cleaned the full week we stayed there. The beds were never changed, the floors never brushed, towels never changed. There was no staff on site. I seen reception once the full week. The faults in the room: Dirty shower Shower flooding all the time Broken soap dispenser Broken toilet pan (the flusher wasn't attached) Fridge not attached to cupboard door Light switch hanging out of the wall. Wardrobe drawers faulty. had to lift the drawers in and out to work.

  : The apartment was fine, the staff were helpful.
  : The pool belongs to a nearby resort, not to Adriatic Resort Apartments. There is an arrangement for pool use: 10 per person for 3 hours. This was not made clear in the listing, which has many photos of the pool, and states the pool is included. Clearly false advertising.
