  : 1) Value for money for a decent and clean 2 bedrooms apartment in Dubrovnik. 2) Convenient location with reasonable number of nearby restaurants, grocery stores or supermarkets. 3) Second bedroom comes with 2 single beds which is ideal for non couples adults or ones not used to sharing bed with another person.
  : 1) Mattress of 2 single beds in smaller room not as comfortable. This may not be an issue if you are used to soft mattress. 2) Light is dim in living area due to defect of one of the ceiling light but might be easily addressed by bulb replacement.

  : We loved the apartment, modern, in a great location . Everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
  : To make it a 10 out of 10 , the curtains need to be sorted in the living area. Sounds petty but we couldn't pull them to prevent the lady next door seeing us early in the morning

  : The appartment is for 4 people max. The 5th person has to sleep in a sofa, not convertible into a bed

  : close to PLAD beach , very clean apartment
  : I think the air conditioner is too small for the apartment. for the size of apartment you need 2 Ton load AC. That will save the hosts money in the long term.

  : spacious, well stocked with everything you need, great location, easy walk to beach, port, restaurants and quick Uber or bus ride to beautiful old town. Lovely helpful hosts.
  : Not much negative to say. The balconies didnt get the sun all day, but so easy to get to beach, so it was fine.

  : Property as advertised on the website exactly. Very comfortable with two lovely balconies. All of us found the beds very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom very clean and well equipped. For example, there was extra shampoo and dishwasher tablets and liquid for the washing machine. The shower was a great power shower. Owners very helpful and responsive when needed. Location was great in Lapad/Babin Kuk. Just round the corner from a bakery and all the restaurants in Lapad and Sunset beach. Just next to bus stop to Old Town. Very good WIFI.
  : Nothing really. Probably could do with a few more towels that are bigger but that's a very small thing.
