  : The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible! Breathtaking sunsets every evening and I loved watching the boats sail on by. The king size bed is mega comfy and the air con is fab too. Really nice property and a great price.
  : I couldnt get the TV to work and the sofa bed is a bit hard, but we found a spare mattress in a cupboard so made it extra cushty with that! It is up quite a hill but has a bus right out the back.

  : The best thing in this place is stunningly balcony view on entire ferry harbor, yacht harbor and bay. Big advantage is Air Condition in the kitchen and the price. Nice cleaning Lady :)
  : Building is on very high hill and is two way to reach the place from ferry station: by many, many stairs or car road (we didnt have the car). We took exhausting way by the stairs with the luggages. When weve came, apartment was not ready after last guests, so we needed to wait some time. Cleaning Lady said, that she needs 30 min to finish and we can wait on balcony and we were fine with it. View was nice so we could wait. But I would like to mention that check-out time is on 10am and when we came there she cleanedalmost everything besides kitchen.When she was done with cleaning, she left the place and we started to exploring the flat. The apartment is very (!) Old fashioned: old furniture in every room, old bathroom and used and old equipment. All around were Christian figurines and pictures; furniture were full of personal things. You can find there even old VHS device, of course covered with the dust. Everything needs to be cleaned: everything what we touch in the kitchen was sticky, so we needed to clean it before use.In the bathroom, the toilet was still water running in the cistern, which was very irritating. Besides very small shelf underneath of the mirror, there is no more space to keep things so you need to put them on the floor. Hair dryer is burned and smells like burned plastic - we were scary to use it. But the view from the bathroom is very nice!In the small bedroom, bed is very uncomfortable and small in opposite to big bedroom, where bed is large, I guess that can easily fit 3 people. Extra blanket, which weve found in the wardrobe wasnt smell nice, but bed sheets were clean and smelled nice - everything were very used. Same to towels.Anyway, this place has beautiful view but needs to be redecorate or at least deeply cleaned.

  : View over the port.(It comes together with a lot of stairs, but this is standard in Dubrovnik)
  : Everything (literally, everything) must be cleaned properly. Microwave, hairdryer, other staff - you dont even want to touch them... Something must be just changed, as is broken (kettle, for example).There is no washing machine there. Better to change materass to the normal one.It is noisy from the road near.Location - is a bit far from everything, centre, beaches, restaurants.Apartment number was not given in checkin instructions, you need to call agency, they call the owner...

  : Maybe the balcony is the unique beautiful place of this apartment. The owner should invest to renovate and make it better. Good location, 10 minutes by uber from the old town
  : We were supposed to be host there 2 nights but unfortunately we did it just 1 because we could not stay there anymore. Everything was dirty we needed to buy some cleaning stuff to clean the kitchen for cooking. The bed was not comfortable. For the price was amazing but is so sad to have this type of experience.

  : i didnt like the many hairs in the sheets, the power going out and no one to respond until 12-15 hours later the left over milk in fridge, someones personal items on show in the bathroom
