: Apartment was very clean and spacious. There are many areas within the apartment for relaxing such as the 2 balconies and large living space. Apartment includes plenty of facilities for self catering, however there are a vast choice of restaurants on the promenade only 5 minutes walk away. Excellent location just opposite Sunset beach in Lapad. There is supermarket in the complex along with tourist information and the bus stop to the Old town is directly opposite the apartment (Bus number 4). Buses are every 15 minutes to the Old town from Lapad. An excellent base to combine sightseeing and relaxation. Antonio was an excellent host, meeting us at the apartment to check in, very helpful and easily contactable during our stay. We would definitely return.

: Everything else about this place is so amazing.Its very spacious. There are two balconies, a large dining area and a wonderful kitchen coffee machine , microwave, cooker and hob. Everything you need to cook.Downstairs, you have a pub, supermarket, bakery restaurant, ATM and you are one street back from the beach and the main strip.The bus stops right outside to take you to Old Town.The host left water, fresh fruit and biscuits along with lots of extra towels and cleaning products.A really beautiful and well located property.
: Two of the beds were really noisy and uncomfortable. The bathroom doors need to be fixed so that they close properly.

: Apartment is not maintained properly. Doors in WC/shower rooms were not closing, all beds were very noisy. Apartment is not cleaned to a decent level.
