  : The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.
  : Such a pity the host did not forewarn of the fact that there were approximately 125 steps to climb to reach the apartment. For a middle aged couple with a heavy suitcase it was no easy feat in the heat. I was surprised to find that there was no cover on the duvet which for the price, I would have expected. But this is a small matter. I was taken aback that I had to pay the host 20Euro cash on arrival to park my car. When booking, I specifically looked for an apartment that came with free parking. As far as the Booking.com website showed, it was supposed to be free parking.

  : We stayed in the apartment for 1 night after a boat cruise and it was perfect! Rose was so accomodating and let us check in early with not a lot of notice. Yes there are stairs but we decided to pack a small tote bag with everything we needed and store our large suitcases rather than try lug them up the 100 plus stairs. There is a luggage storage facility within old town that lets you store luggage for 5 euros per bag per day, if youre having a short stay like us it could be an option. Thank you again Rose for an awesome time!

  : The apartment was excellent, recently remodeled and spacious. It had a washing machine and kitchen.
  : The property is in the old city of Dubrovnik. Its a long hike with 139 steps up to the room. The parking is a mile away. You have to carry your luggage most of the way. In the summer when the weather is warm, you will be a sweaty mess by the time you get there. The closest restaurants are at the bottom of those steps too. If you stay for 4 or more days, or you travel with only a backpack, it makes sense to do this. If you only stay for 1 or 2 days, you spend a lot of time and energy getting in there and then getting back out. If you have a car, parking is difficult and must be reserved with the room. Its much better to stay at a hotel further away from the old city, where you can park, and then take a taxi or bus to visit the old city. The Dubrovnik Pass includes bus transportation. Speaking of which, buy the Dubrovnik Pass on line, and download the pass to your phone. Then you dont have to wait in line or pay cash.

  : Very comfortable one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathtub! The host is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
  : We realized that choosing an accommodation of this type meant stairs112 stairs! There is a kinder, gentler path not identified on Google maps that takes a few minutes longer but includes far fewer stairs.

  : Location was great -- we love being in a real residential neighborhood, yet very accessible to everything.
  : Our only complaint was that the towels were like sandpaper! We realize that this is likely due to the hard water they are washed in, but we think it would be worth investing in new towels, and replacing them as needed -- even if this means a small increase in the rates.
