  : Love the location, just outside Pile Gate, just slightly off the beaten tracks and therefore away from the crowds. My studio was very clean and quiet at night.The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
  : Coffee / Nescafe run out on the second morning - which of course I forgot to cater for the night before !

  : Location location location and loads of space. Clean, spacious and very handy escape from the crowds. Opposite a mini mart. Very friendly and helpful host.
  : Overall very happy, quite a few bulbs were not working so a little dark.

  : Very dark and no windows. Noisy and when we arrived we found the garbage of previous guests in the bin and hair in the bedroom.

  : The location was superb; minutes away from Dubrovnik Old Town, and very close to the bus stop from the ferry (we had arrived by boat, from Split). The layout of the studio was very interesting, with sliding doors ensuring that the bedroom could be separate from the rest of the space. It was great to have airconditioning, because the weather was very hot whilst we were in Croatia! The hosts were super-friendly; very responsive to queries; and went out of their way to post my kindle to me, after I realised I'd left it behind, for which I remain very grateful.
  : Our studio was on the 1st floor, which meant the studion had no direct sunlight. This is a tiny niggle; there was nothing wrong with the location or the facilities, just something I would have liked.

  : Location was outstanding. Just outside the Old City and in a quiet location despite the volume of visitors nearby. The ladies at reception were very friendly. Plenty to do in the old city but we also caught the bus to Lapad which was a great walking and swimming spot away from the Old City. Very close to the Sea Kayaking and bars for an afternoon drink. Would recommend for anyone who wants to stay close to the heart of Dubrovnik.
  : We were on the third floor so a challenge to get our cases up 3 flights of stairs but this was a minor issue.
