  : We paid for breakfast , the Croatian breakfast we had was lovely but a little rushed . Before we finished our first course the waiter brought our omelette which was hot and needed eating as soon as it arrived , so we had to put our first course to one side as that was bread rolls to eat the omelette. The location was good .
  : Where Orka apartment s were outside there was roadworks and we was never informed of this when we booked it . The rubble was dangerous to walk on , lots of muddy patches , they started work at 6.30am and our apartment was directly onto the road .

  : We had our own breakfast as there was a small kitchenette there. Location great as handy to where we were joining our small cruise the following day. Very friendly & helpful owner.
  : Only the ongoing roadworks out the front but not the owners fault.

  : The apartment was a good size for 3, with beautiful views and good kitchenette facilities. It was in a convenient location, with several restaurants nearby. The swimming pool and sunbed area was a great bonus. The host was lovely and super helpful.
  : The property says it's on the 2nd floor, but there are 2 sets of steps to get up to the 'ground' floor - not ideal with luggage and with two parents in their 70s. There is also work being done on the road outside the apartment, which made it very difficult to get taxis to and from the property and also to walk to and from the apartment building.

  : Great location. Lapad is about a 7min bus journey into Old Town Dubrovnik. You are on the marina and there is a beautiful promenade that leads to the beach which is not far by foot.The bus stop is a short walk from the apartments. Next to the bus stop is a mini supermarket, which was handy. On the same street as the apartments is a few really lovely restaurants and a winery. They do amazingg wine!! One of the best I ever had. My apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I loved the pool and the whole property itself was really beautiful. The host was very kind and friendly. She also allowed me to check in early, which i was grateful for. I would stay here again and recommend the property to friends.
  : There is nothing I didnt like, but it is very quiet. I think i would have liked some music or some atmosphere by the pool area. But that is personal preference.Also side note: be careful on the stairs. They can be a bit slippery. I was walking in one day and didnt realise the floor was a wet and slipped on the stairs and hurt my back really badly. I am still injured a week later. Just something to note, especially if you are coming in from the pool.
