  : The room is immaculate.Clean and self contained. It has everything you need. Everything works: hot water, lights, toilet, WI_FI and more. The woman who owns this property is so lovely and so kind. She is quite pleasant.
  : LIKES: I am still discussing the "likes" --The room is spotless and so clean. The room is built so well, there are no gaps in the floor/walls, and everything you need is in the room you are paying for. This room is cleaner than most rooms you will get in big chain hotels. I believe the renter needs to be aware that they will have to walk up a few steep stairs before they get to their room. You have to walk up a few steps to get to the top of the property, and then walk around a garden, before getting to the amazing clean and spotless room. Do not let your first impressions confuse you-- you may see the garden and the area around the steps and question your selection, but do not. The room is so clean and contains everything you need. Plus, the bed is extremely comfortable!! The hot water gets really hot (this does NOT occur in many hotels!!), the WI-FI works, the air conditioner works--what more do you need? DISLIKES: the steps i had to walk up before gaining access to the room. But this can not be changed based on the design of the home.

  : he host lady was very helpful and communicative. She speaks fluent English. The place has everything you need for a 2 night stay and it was clean enough. The Wi-fi was good and the hot water was there all the time. There is a small kitchen box and hot water for tea or coffee which we didn`t use but they are available at the property. There is parking place in front of the place, which is small but manageable. There are cafes, supermarkets and bakeries on 10-15 minutes walks from the apartment.
  : Unfortunately, it is not very clear that the host is living there and the "room" is build in the garden of the host, behind the house. The garden is not very pleasant, I must even say that it was very messy and a complete chaos. The first sight of the entrance of the house is pretty disappointing.... The terrace which is shown in the pictures was nothing like that - dirty, without any view - you are watching the back side of the house and everywhere you can smell cat pee. The cats were at least 5, very calm. Another miscommunication was that we can pay with card at the property. Well, this is not true. The host told us that this is not like that and we need to use ATM and to pay in cash. For us this were additional taxes as we were not prepared for such amount cash as the stay was at the end of our trip. The arguments were that there is very high tax that the host will pay if we don't give the money in cash and etc..... It was not professional at all and it was the first time since we are using booking to end up with situation like that. At least this must be updated in the information for the property and the guests to be informed. Another thing that we didn't like is that we couldn't leave the air conditioner to make the room with pleasant temperature...we were not very sure why....but the degrees in the room every time we come back from the beach or from a walk were at least 36 or more.... And I want to add that the bathroom doesn` have a real door but something like a door. The Old City Town of Dubrovnk is at 35 minute walk which can be challenging durign the summer - with a lot of stairs.
