Villa Leoni is located above the popular Banje Beach and only 400 metres from the famous Dubrovnik Walls surrounding the Old City. Set in a traditional stone house it offers modern accommodation units with free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. All units offer an equipped kitchenette with a dining area a seating area and a private bathroom with a shower. They are fitted with colourful furnishings a flat-screen TV and a safe.

: Speechless. It is a beautiful apartment with a good view of the sea and walls surrounding the old town. Well-equipped kitchen and we decided to cook rather than to dine out. TVs with international channels and Netflix YouTube in the living area as well as the bedroom. Private car park.

: The property was in excellent condition - recently renovated, everything was new and worked flawlessly. The apartment had everything we needed and a balcony, and there is on-site parking for EU20 per day.
: In common with most properties around Dubrovnik, the property sits on a hill - about 170 steps to climb which is OK for most people (we had no problems) but maybe not for elderly people.

: Pillows - all very hard and affected sleep quality. Whilst only a few minutes from the Old Town older guests should be aware of large number of steep steps back up to the apartments

: A exceptionally clean and modern property with all the modern amenities you would expect of a city apartment. Overlooking the Dubrovnik city walls this place is faultless for location.
: If the staff could offer a housekeeping service to replenish used towels and bedding, this would boost this properly to a faultless 10/10.
