  : Location was perfect. Staff was very kind.
  : I booked at $376 and ended up paying well over $400. Hotel was not maintained well at all. Holes in walls, ripped wall paper, cleaning cloth left on bed. For that amount, the room should be perfect.

  : Property was just average in amenities ~ average breakfast, etc. Nothing special. The location was good but so are several other hotels in the area for the same price or less.
  : Front desk staff were horrible. Derek checked us in and was helpful. The assist manager Justin was horrible. He was rude and demanding. There was an issue with my credit card and instead of addressing this issue immediately, they waited FIVE hours to notify me at 10pm. He woke me out of a complete sleep and emended I come down to the front desk with my credit card. I was in the room the entire night and they made 1 attempt to call me but did it leave a voicemail and made no other attempts to contact me. So unprofessional. Will not be recommending this hotel as there are other comparable hotels in the area for the same price and just as good of a location without the rude staff. I can’t tell you enough how unprofessional these people were. I travel extensively for business and leisure and this experience was truly disappointing.

  : Check-out guy was very friendly. Breakfast attendants kept everything filled.
  : Check-in girl’s customer service was lacking. She didn’t give us breakfast vouchers, didn’t mention breakfast times or check out time. We had to ask night person later. Didn’t say thank you or have a good night or anything. Very minimal communication. Handed me the room key and didn’t say anything. Only ice machine was on the 3rd floor. No map or anything explaining. Only way I found it was a paper posted in the elevator saying what’s on each level when I was on my way to the desk to ask.Hard to find parking. Hotel parking lot was filled up with bar hoppers and people going to surrounding restaurants. (Maybe have someone in parking lot in the evenings checking passes or actually enforce parking)Living room was comfortable or cold but bedroom was hot. AC wasn’t consistent between rooms. No air flow. Was stuffy, especially in hallways.Bed leaned towards the middle.Ok for a place to sleep for a night but not worth $300 in my opinion. Was not my idea of a “suite”

  : The location was perfect in the center of the Canal Park area. Close to restaurants, breweries, and attractions. Parking was great. Breakfast was very good
  : It is well-worn. Even though the inner suites are window- less they are quiet.

  : Location, and not having bed bugs surprisingly.
  : They said room was clean but it was completely trashed, had to wait for new room, A/C did not work in the middle of July, could feel springs through the mattress, outdated room entirely, fingerprints/dirty towels/dust in a “cleaned” room, foul odor of clam chowder mixed w urine soaked couch scent throughout the building, unprofessional staff, unsecured wifi that devices couldn’t connect to, nearly every outlet was loose leading to not being able to plug things in, paid over double what the room was worth, so damn disappointing.

  : Front desk customer service. When we walked in, the lady barely greet us and told us that they have no room. We told them that we saw online and she said the room is dirty and not available. We booked online and she gave us the room. The room was ready in this case she lied and don’t want to work. I asked her is this just white people hotel which she had no response.When we call front desk, no one picks up the phone. It is a great location with old hotel. They must have aggressive training on customer service and diversity.

  : High price for no balcony view , slow elevators, old buildings that they are trying to keep new.
