  : Condo was clean, comfortable, and kitchen was stocked well
  : Weren’t told that all amenities were 2 miles down the road. Also did not know we would need to climb stairs to condo and then master bedroom. All activities were closed till the weekend.

  : Clean, well appointed. WiFi is 5G. Beautiful view of lawns and trees outside. Grounds well kept.
  : Check in Two miles from stay. No elevator and I was on third floor. I’m elderly with lots of luggage. WiFi info was not correct. “Oh, it’s on the printed map, see, here down at the bottom. Then cross out the incorrect one. Never saw a pool. Master bedroom upstairs. Not good for us old folks, but beautiful room.

  : The property was beautiful, exactly what we needed to get away from the city.
  : The condominium that we stayed in was not exactly what we expected. For one it was not cleaned very well. There was take out food in the fridge from the previous renter, a trash bag full of trash in the hallway closet, dirt in the sheets when we first slept. A lot of the lights were out, so made the condo kinda dark. One remote in the living room and not in the master bedroom. The dvd remote had no batteries so we weren’t able to watch some movies. The lower shower head is stuffed with toilet paper for the hole.. honestly I don’t know why I was charged a cleaning fee when I had to clean up. Not happy with the condominium we stayed at.

  : Dingy, extremely outdated decor. Broken window, could not be locked. Hair in the shower. Dusty. All of this would've been fine for a better price.

  : Not as expected in the picture. There is no AC, their red comforter has some dirt, we didn't use it. Need to sanitize the couch , it has smell and some bugs.

  : The location was fine for us since we were doing a few day trips. If you are primarily visiting the area for Durango, you should understand that the travel time from this condo to Durango is about 35 minutes. We liked being out of the main part of the city, though, so it worked for us. A day trip to Ouray is highly recommended!
  : Our unit was definitely dated and worn. The sheets for the pull out bed were kind of dirty (and we're not really picky) and the thermostat didn't work. The ceiling fans had to be unplugged to control them (yes, they ran an extension cord from the fan to an outlet on the wall).
