  : The location was excellent and couldn't have been bettered for a stay in Durham, with lovely riverside views. The beds and living room seating were all very comfortable and the heaters took off the March chill nice and quickly.
  : Neither the bathroom nor ensuite had working extractor fans, which made them steamy and damp. The ensuite had no bath mat and the floor of the shower and main room were slippery with no grab rails. It felt very unsafe. Also, the ensuite had nowhere to put toiletries while in the shower. This is just a small suggestion, but it would have been nice if there had been a pint of milk in the fridge - we arrived after a long journey and had to immediately go out to the shops before we could have a restorative cup of tea!

  : Location was fantastic and the bathrooms were amazing! I'd definitely return!
  : We could have done with a bit more guidance on getting into the parking spot. Couldn't find the flat number at the start and ending up blocking the road. Single beds have big dips in them, feel like they would have been really comfy if they were flat like the double bed. And TV in the evening is very limited. Luckily I had brought a hdmi lead so we watched a dvd. No lead otherwise to use the player.

  : The property is superbly located by the river within easy walking distance of Durham Cathedral, castle, it is opposite Durham market and close to shops, pubs, restaurants. The property is comfortable, warm, and well furnished

  : The central location. The comfortable beds. The cleanliness. The secure parking. The good solid furniture and hanging space. The efficiency of the staff on the phone and easy key instructions. The quietness inside the apartment despite the busy road. Nice view of the river. Close to the shops and restaurants.well equipped kitchen. Tv in 3 rooms.
  : Could have done with 2 sofas as there were 4 of us adults. That's just being picky though.

  : The location was perfect. The decoration in the flat was tasteful and I loved the breakfast table overlooking the river. If you required parking this would be a great place to stay.
  : All good. No remote for the tv in the small room but this is very minor.
