: the terrace is huge and perfect for sunset. location is also very good unless you want to go back and forth to the city. in that case it might be far. we stayed mostly in the beach area.
: when showering the water just goes everywhere in the bathroom and there isnt much you can do to avoid it

: The location is perfect, directly at the beach.The apartment has a great terasse.Gjon, the owner, offered a shuttle from Tirana and to the airport, which was really convenient and is available to answers any questions you might have.

: An apartment with a very good quality/price ratio, very well positioned for access to the beach. A minus for the ambiguous photo description, from which it is not understood that the balcony of the apartment has a view to the back of the building (but with a partial side view to the sea) and that the 180 sqm terrace is located on the next floor, with access from the outside of the apartment through the hall of the building. Parking space in the basement of the building, with additional payment. A pleasant host with whom we communicated very well, who provided us with all the information we needed
: the view from the balcony towards the unrenovated building after the 2019 earthquake
