  : The setting on the water and quiet location.
  : Getting the keys from the lock box was a big issue! The lock box didn’t work correctly and we called in to try and fix it over the phone. Which didn’t clear up the issue. We easily spent 20 minutes trying to get into the room! Not exactly sure why they couldn’t just issue us the keys at the front desk. Eventually, it was finally taken care of and the lock box was fixed. I was told on the phone to “hit the lock box with your hand to reset it.” I was getting to the point where if we weren’t in our room shortly I would demand a new room or a full refund.

  : It was a beautiful location. The rooms were perfect. The deck was peaceful. The lake was gorgeous. The place was quiet, which was what I was needing. Over all I enjoyed my stay. The bathroom was clean and big. The kitchenette was a cute perfect size. Had dishes and utensils handy. It was perfect. Windows let lights in.
  : I was disappointed after a long drive that the room initially booked was open and not cleaned. I had to call twice to get some real help and answers. But once I did get a hold of someone, they made it right and upgraded our room. To one with a kitchenette and couch. Which made it perfect for me and my daughter. The TV was not that great. But I didnt come for the TV so not a huge issue. Over all I was very happy. SO thank you for changing my mind.

  : The room was just as described and very clean!We didn’t have breakfast other than one morning we had a muffin and cinnamon roll which were both delicious! And I must say the coffee was very good. Jenny, was the server and very friendly she shared a lot of great information with us about the area and places to eat.Lunch at the beer garden on property was great! And so fun just watching to boats go by! We also enjoyed all the different places to sit and just watch the lake. It was also nice having corn hole boards there to use as well!
  : Our only thing to improve would be the bed could be firmer but then again that is a personal preference. And the TV had no sound on the 1 major network station.
