  : Toilet in one bedroom suite ran after each flushing for about 15 -20 minutes.Front desk notified. Maybe they came up after 15- 20 minutes and it had stopped.Room was fairly clean. But air vents coated in dust ( kitchen area) and kitchen countertop lights switch coated in grease. Sorry, it's in my profession to see and remember details.Mattresses most uncomfortable in both rooms. Lumpy. Ended up sleeping diagonally to get comfortable.Only one elevator, and a long walk in any direction to get to. Had I had a physical impairment, would have needed a wheelchair. I took stairs which were closer.

  : Attempted to get breakfast prior to leaving at 645am.. 15 minutes before breakfast was "open".. although it was ready, attendant would not allow us to take any breakfast prior to our departure.

  : I absolutely loved the room. It was a 2 bedroom 2bath and was very spacious. The breakfast was good.
  : At first in the room there were millipedes. I killed 4. I was told by maintenance I would be fine which rubbed me the wrong way. I couldnt be comfortable because I kept looking at the ceiling. When I asked for toilet paper the worker black male with white beard said how long have I been here. What difference did it make I had no toilet paper. I was I the bathroom getting ready to step into the shower and the cleaning lady just busted in without knocking. Upon leaving the bald African American man with gray beard was rolling his eyes at my father. When I asked him why he was rolling his eyes we sort of had words back and forth which was not professional at all. He was not nice at all. He made my family sign out for a cart but when we brought it back he didn’t make the next individuals. When I checked out he asked for my room number said give me your key cards which I keep for souvenir purposes but he said you can’t keep them while glaring at the computer screen so I just walked away. I don’t know if he checked me out or not.

  : Breakfast was good. Desk staff excellent. Layout of room great.
  : Elevator floor was dirty for 2 of the 4 night stay. Sofa in the room is too soft for those of us with bad backs. More hangers would have been helpful. Room was cleaned and beds made only every other day.

  : It was in a great area with lots to do around there. The staff was so kind the whole time. The room was big and comfortable.
  : When we walked into our room it smelled very strong of pot/cigarette smoke especially in the bathroom. The person that left before us must have smoked in the bathroom before we checked in. Luckily over time the smell lessened.

  : We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment which was very practical. The reception employees were very nice and helpful providing us with extra towels, help with the guest laundry and information when required. The check-in was very efficient, and they had all the information about the breakfast and the facilities like gym, pool and guest laundry. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of items like eggs, sausages, bagels, oatmeal etc. We sometimes heard other guests when we were in the kitchen or living room of the apartment but never when in the bedrooms with the doors closed. The hotel is in a nice area, very close to shopping and restaurants and the highway.
  : The room itself was comfortable but a bit run down. The toilet in one of the bathrooms made a loud noise when it was filling up and the walk-in shower did not have space to put soap or shampoo (the corner wire shelf was missing some wires which meant that everything fell down.) If the dishwasher door was closed, then the cutlery drawer was blocked and could not open! So a few issues with the room itself but overall we had a very nice stay.
