  : The staff did their best to be patient and understanding despite the significant issues with the hotel. Room service did a good job daily.
  : The hotel did not have working air conditioning for my entire seven day stay. It also seems as if the hotel was a bit understaffed and under the pressure of having to work in extremely hot temperature. The staff did their best to help the hotel guest and I received a fan after day one. However, the hotel room temperature was 78° and muggy and it was extremely difficult to sleep while I was here for a conference. The general manager listen to my concerns however nothing was done. I was not even told on checking that there was issues with the air conditioning, not working in the hotel , it was only on my last day that I was offered the possibility of getting a different hotel but it did not make sense to leave because I was checking out the next day anyway. I do plan to reach out to the corporate office for some further insight into how this could happen and still be an ongoing issue for over a week at a major hotel just outside of New York City.

  : That there is a Starbucks on site. And there's shuttles to the MetLife stadium for concerts.
  : Problems with AirCon. Ppl actually had to go and get their own fans. It was a full hotel issue that impacted A LOT of ppl. No ice machines, there was a room for an ice machine but none there. As you walk into the hotel lobby there is an obscure smell - like a dirty water or dirty fish tank smell. The rooms are OLD. Only from the 15th floor and up are renovated rooms (but not the hallways). I've stayed in nicer and cleaner motels. Having to pay for parking is another pain.

  : The location was super close to Metlife Stadium and the American Dream mall
  : The air conditioning in the room was barely working. After numerous calls to the front desk no one came to check on the situation with it. No mini refrigerator in the room which was a major disappointment. After paying so much for a 2 night stay, they wanted us to pay for breakfast which i thought was ridiculous.

  : The property rooms were very outdated. The toilet seat in our room was peeling off. The faucet in the bathroom sink was falling off and the AC did not work.
