  : this property is very quiet and serene with beautiful woodwork and artwork done by the resident artist, Todd who lives next door. He also has a SUPER sweet dog Mic!
  : The double bed might be a little small for a lot of couples (but was fine for us), but the mattress was pretty lumpy and it slumped into the center, so it made it an even tighter fit.

  : Loved the setting and the cozy nature of the Studio. Really enjoyed the art work both inside and outside in the large garden. We had been hoping to meet the dog we had read about, but no such luck. We would definitely stay there again
  : I found the bed too soft for myself. My partner was OK with it.

  : The Location was just fine. The space was good.
  : The Bed! It needs replaced. If there are two people, you roll to the center. Very old and squeaky. We didn't get a good nights sleep the 4 nights we were there. One of us decided to try and sleep on the hard cushion that is in the window seat, which is called a twin bed. They need to upgrade their bed(s). The only chair that is in the unit was not ideal, It was a wooden chair that slants down to the back. Being over 65 of age, it was hard to get out of it and very hard and uncomfortable. The twin bed, which is just a cushion on top of a wooden board that is a window seat. Is not any kind of bed. Hard as a rock. The refrigerator was dirty, I opened it up and saw a small weevils skeleton laying on the bottom vegetable lid. That really turned me off. The toilet sits so low, it is really for very young children, not for an adult or anyone that is over 60 years of age. Or anyone that has a disability.

  : The property was clean & comfortable. Care has gone into creating a unique space set in a densely wooded area, which was enjoyable. The Resident Artist next door has created a site to explore on the property and in the unit itself, with touches of his craft all around.
  : The location was pretty far removed from my center of activity, which was generally in town. I dont see that as a fault in the property, though. I did notice a musty odor. The property has taken care to provide a dehumidifier in the studio space, and I didn't notice it after awhile being in the room. I did notice though while I laid my head down to sleep, the smell was stronger. In the morning I could see there was mildew around the window at the head of the bed. Perhaps regular cleaning with bleach could eliminate this issue. I was also unsure if it was ok to drive up past the gate to load/unload.

  : Nothing could not see the place from the road. Very isolated Not a hotel or a resort. Very dangerous and I wasnt willing to put myself in harms way away from everything and everyone

  : The grounds needed to be cleaned up. The accommodation on the outside are in need of TLC.

  : Location: absolutely quiet, no noisy neighbours, and close to the ferry terminal
  : There was no cooler hood so the place was humid and smelly after we cooked some food. There was only one drinking glas. Location of the bed was strange, matras was too soft. Vacasa was a very inflexible mediating company. Check out was at 10 am, I requested 1 hour extra, but that was impossible because they needed 6 hrs (!!) to clean the place! Ridiculous.

  : I loved the quiet location of the artist studio! This spot was perfect for a long weekend getaway with relaxation as the #1 priority!

  : Quiet, private, secluded location. Friendly people next door with a nice dog. Clean with soft towels.
  : The only issue is that the bed was uncomfortable for us- may be fine for others as we are extra particular.
