  : I loved the infrastructure of the apartment. Everything smelling new, well equipped, comfortable, and we were specially impressed by the jacuzzi and infrared cabin in our apartment.
  : It was very disappointing to arrive and find out they don't even provide handsoap in the toilet, while in the kitchen there was a complete set for us to wash their dishes. I found it very unkind. I understand if they don't want to extend their hospitality providing shampoo, shower soap and conditioner, but not having handsoap in the toilet is basic needs.When I expressed my disappointment to their front desk attendant she argued that it would be a waste to provide a soap and throw it everytime someone left the apartment. Clearly they haven't heard of soap dispensers.On the following day we had to get to the supermarket and buy it.We felt the place itself is great, but the hospitality is non existent. Checkout was already at 10am!!

  : The accommodation was nice and comfortable, well equipped. We enjoyed the stay.
  : It is hard to find a restaurant in Eisenerz. There is nothing in Erzberg and it may happen that nothing is open in Eisenerz in the evening.

  : The pool is not on the premises. These are just apartments, I do not understand why it is called a resort as there are no facilities. There are no toiletries provided, bring your own. Towels and bedsheets are provided. There are no cleaning services during your stay.

  : Beautiful place in the middle of Austria, next to a little town. Not busy at all, beautiful lake just around a corner, the ski resort is easily accessible with a car. Plenty nice walks around.
  : It might be difficult without a car. The accommodation is clean, ok, but basic. Which is exactly what you pay for. I guess that it may be noisy when you draw a bad neighbor, we were lucky though.

  : Lovely, clean accommodation, the bathroom with the sauna and jacuzzi was lovely. Plenty of space for what we needed it for. Beds were comfortable and clean. We went into the bar/restaurant and again this looked good, wish I had seen it earlier as we would definitely have used it. Lovely place and we will definitely use again.
  : Pillows were a bit disappointing and had no support. Communication with regards to towels/ bedding etc could have been better. Asked whether they were included, was told only towels, bedding would have been extra 60 euros. Brought own bedding only to find bedding was on the bed when we got there and a message after we had set off saying bedding was also included. Small thing but could have been better communicated.
