  : They never clean my room. I stayed there for 4 nights and they never cleaned. I complain several times and nothing was ever done. I paid almost $700 and they were not able to clean my room. I do not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

  : About 30 minutes from main attractions.
  : 6 hidden (bed sheet) iron bars were sticking out of the bed by a few inches. My pregnant wife was hurt by one of them. We had to go to the hospital to get stitches. We asked for insurance information. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. The next morning, we got kicked out (cleaning lady and some.guy hit at our door very violently at 10am though we got back in the night from hospital, they were scaring our kids). We were told the room was unsafe and were asked to leave with nowhere else to stay as San diego was fully booked on that week-end. We had to complain to booking.com about the incident that is still ongoing. We felt the sooner we left, the safer the hotel felt about liability. It was a horrible experience. They treated us so not humanly. The rooms and hotel are aging and the area is not great. It didn't feel.like vacation at all. There was no breakfast on site. It is to go...

  : The bed was extremely hard, the breakfast was a brown bag, the tv remote only partially worked.

  : The shower got to a good temperature and the air conditioning performed way better than expected
  : I had misinterpreted my booking (31st - 2nd) as 3 nights so I added an extra night at the front desk. Cost me an additional $300 dollars to do so.
