  : Sorry for the rant that follows, but we had a bad experience at this place and wanted to share with others as a warning.We were first assigned to a room on the 4th floor (406), which turned out to be reserved for the hearing impaired for a good reason, as the sound and vibrations from the roof (some kind of equipment) was unbearably loud. Apparently, this was well known for the cleaning staff, who advised us to ask for a different one, which we got at the check-in desk immediately on the 3rd floor.We reserved and prepaid for 4 guests including breakfast, but somehow the hotel was not informed correctly by Booking.com, so they were prepared to give us only two breakfast coupons for the 6 nights of stay. After showing our confirmation, they agreed to give extra coupons. We wish, however, that we did not pay for breakfast. It is served by a Chinese restaurant that is attached to the hotel, and the service was terrible, with rude waiter (as far as the hotel breakfast goes). The selection is very limited and poor quality. Our second (and last) attempt to have breakfast at this place led to a 1 hour wait, after which we were finally informed that what we chose (cereal and pancakes) were not available. They told us that we should be happy that we received some food at all (some terrible potato hash fries that we did not even order). When we asked why we need to wait for so long, we were told that they don’t have enough plates, or similar lame excuses. We complained immediately after at the check-in desk, where we received some McDonalds coupons as a compensation, but when we told tha we would not want to have this kind of treatment at breakfast in the following days, and would like to get reimbursed for the breakfast payments during our stay, we were informed that only the manager can decide about that, who will be back after the weekend.
