  : Building and location were convenient for what we came to El Paso to do. Parking in their very tight-turned parking garage was $18 per night and they have you over a barrel because there is really no other parking nearby. Staff was indifferent, snacks in the lobby were triple price and my wife didn’t tell me but a $200 per night room doesn’t even include lobby coffee, continental breakfast (fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. ) that ALL the under $100 per night hotels in the entire city provide happily. Bar was closed before closing hours and some scrambled eggs and a couple slices of bacon was $15 bucks. (So I said NO- UNACCEPTABLE. So I guess Marriott feels if you can fork out 200 bucks or more a night then you can afford to pay for every little thing too. No reward for paying over DOUBLE for a little room barely big enough for the king bed with a beautiful view of the El Paso traffic on I-10 and the slums across from that. I will never willingly stay at another greedy Marriott location. ZERO STARS

  : Our room was not ready at the time of check in. Walked into room and a man was cleaning up blood, went down to reception to find out what was going on and manager didn’t even know what was going on he had to go look for himself.

  : I didn't like the entrance. It's right on the main street, making it a real hassle to pull in or out depending on traffic. Also, the floors have carpet, which creates a lot of static, and you end up shocking yourself every time you press the button at the elevators or the handle to your room. I've been at other hotels with carpet, and that doesn't happen.
