  : The hotel was just a short ride on the shuttle from the airport which was perfect for an overnight stay before catching another plane on our journey home. Our king suite was very comfortable. We appreciated the free drink in the evening and the omelette that was made to order for breakfast in the morning.
  : The rest of the offerings for breakfast were not very appealing.

  : Location, features, comfort, breakfast, happy hour.Receptionists upon our arrival (Kevin) was extremely helpful, welcoming, courteous, exceptional person. Same I can say for the receptionist on the late afternoon/early evening on 5/27/2024 (unfortunately did not ask for her name). She was jovial and made a recommendation to go to a know pizzeria close to the hotel. No regrets in eating at the place she recommended as the food was really good.
  : The property was exceptional. What was not up to expectations was the front desk staff on 5/31/2024 morning shift. Upon check out, Lamar was not customer satisfaction oriented, he was rude/blunt, a total deception for boot making an effort to help with our concern. He brushed off responsibility as a representative of the hotel. Finally, when I asked for a copy of the receipt upon check out he was argumentative and was reluctant to print a copy for my records.

  : The breakfast was great and the staff was amazing parking was good and so was the opening areas of the hotel and hallways
  : My room was horrible and I was very disappointed but like food at a restaurant I'm not sending it back to the kitchen I just won't go back there. My lights didn't work in the kitchen slash dinning area of the room my carpet had run in it needs new carpet the couch was very uncomfortable to look at so I didn't even attempt to sit on it very dirty looking and the worst part of anything was my shower bathroom was amazing except for the shower door did not closed completely so water was everywhere it was just not what I expected for the name of supposed to be the best hotel brand I should've stayed across the street at the Hilton but my brother was here and I didn't see him in a year so I booked here and regretting it badly

  : Scam conned on car parking when I never arrived with by car we only used shuttle bus at additional fee and further down deposit never reimbursed to date They haven't acknowledged complaints email
