  : The location was good within walking distance to the town. The walk to the beach was short, which is nice, there is not a clear sign for public beach access. The kitchen was updated with newer appliances which came in handy for cooking and food prep. The island in the kitchen was nice as it added more space for food prep. Bedrooms (3) were spacious and clean
  : The TV was not working and we had to watch TV via our computer. We contacted our contact at Evolve (email) and was called back almost immediately which was nice. We were told the information was passed along to the owner and they should be calling/emailing back, which did not occur.We did read the rental agreement in advance, however, still a little bit shocked we had to remove the linens and towels. The backyard is not accessible to guests, which we were made aware of in advance, however it would be nice to have access for relaxing away from the front porch (perhaps a future consideration for the owners)
