  : /booked for 5/30-5/31 due to weather-related flight cancellation. I was told they did not have my booking.com reservation despite my confirmation, and there were no rooms available. Spent $100 on cab fare to get there and then go back to the airport, where we spent the night (and by the way, I now have covid). One June 3rd, a charge was MANUALLY entered to my credit card. Now I'm looking for reimbursement.

  : Only ate breakfast twice. It was adequate. Nothing special. Good location for what we needed it for ie close to family and friends. Woukd not however choose to stay there again.
  : More healthy options. There was a dead cockroach in the room which was dealt with swiftly but was disgusting to find. The bed was not made two days in a row. There were no kitchen facilities. No kettle and on,y plastic or disposable plates.

  : The breakfast protein offerings could be improved. The turkey sausage was shriveled and dry both mornings.

  : Safe clean comfortable room close to many restaurants.
  : We stayed 5 nights and after the first night, the maid came into our room and threw out a special heavy gauge bottle that I bought in Ecuador and reuse for water, it was beside the bed and was not empty. I was really upset because that bottle is irreplaceable. They did it again with a another plastic water bottle I left on the kitchenette counter, which I was using as a replacement for my own missing bottle. Neither items were in the trash! I spoke to the desk after the first infraction and said no more house keeping, but they came in anyway to change towels and the maid threw out the plastic cups, I had in the bathroom for brushing our teeth! I own a small BnB in Costa Rica and we never touch or throw out anything that isn't obviously trash, like empty chip or candy wrappers, that have missed the waste basket.

  : Almost brand new hotel with high ceilings and acceptable breakfast
  : Waited for more than an hour for the airport shuttle. Communication with hotel reception was rather difficult to identify the pick up point at DFW. We arrived at 2:00am in the hotel and after 30 minutes the fuses in our room just went off all electricity.
