  : Although hotel was empty the recaptioned did not allow us to enter the room before 14:00 clock

  : Location was good, room was big and at first glance clean
  : The most important thing about a hotel is a good bed and a good shower both of them disappointed pillows were bad, matras was not comfortable. The shower just wasnt good enough.

  : Excellent rate for a single room with large bed and all the minimum confort a guest could expect. Room and bathroom were clean. Location, outside of the central pedestrian city fuss, will have your stay quiet. Even if Villa Toscana is outside of the city center, you can easily move around and get to the center on foot which is not far at all. Great parking space to leave your car, you will not need it. The neighborhood is residential, but you have shops, restaurants, banks very close to Villa Toscana. Great staff, very efficient communication prior to arrival with check in information (front desk opened until 4PM, if you arrive late, you need a code to get your badge and the whole system works well).
  : I belive the park is not exploited enough. Some tables and seats could be arranged. I stayed late September and still had some good wheather, would have been good to chill in the park.
