  : Pleasantly surprised by our stay at Best Western. Quiet location and close to where we needed to be for family events. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.

  : The young gentleman that tended the breakfast bar was very kind and made sure everything was stocked with a variety of food. The location was central to most places and beautifully tucked away within the wooded area with trails nearby to walk to Pioneer Park. The rooms were quaint. The staff were very accomodating.
  : Despite calling a week ahead of time to confirm the reservation and let the facility know the time of our arrival. Somehow our room was given to another guest and we were forced to stay in a room without adequate lodging for the amount of guests we had. However, when management arrived later that morning she was quick to resolve the issue and provided compensation and an apology.

  : Location. The property was out in the sticks which meant that with no vehicle it was hard to organise a meal. Although the girl on duty that evening was helpful in organising a meal order for us.The hotel stated on the room information sheet that it had complimentary taxi service which was a lie- false advertising!!!My husband filled a card out to order a taxi for 5.20am the following morning but a staff member for some unknown reason did another card and stated a 5.00am pick up by the taxi. The next morning the receptionist phoned at 5.00am to say our taxi was waiting. I told her it was ordered for 5.20am and she told me that it was ordered for 5.00am. I went to reception and asked to see the card that had the time on it, it was discovered that a staff member had re-done the card as the handwriting was not my husbands. When questioned about this, the staff member on duty at 5.00am insisted that we had ordered a taxi for 5.00am. I asked for the card that my husband had written and she said that she didn’t have it.Untrustworthy. Would NEVER recommend this place

  : the bed and bedding were very comfortable. the pool was very nice and heated which was a good surprise.
  : after we checked in we noticed the carpet was horribly stained and a section was lifting up off the floor. The shower curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. but the worst was the dirty toilet with urine on it. those were just a few of the issues so we asked for a different room and were told no but the maintenance would fix the issues while we were at dinner. they were not ever fixed other than they tightened the toilet lid …but still didn't clean the toilet. we checked when we checked out and there were no notes about our issues like we totally didn't matter. we have stayed here before and this was surprisingly disappointing.
