  : Yes we had loud/obnoxious people next to us. Front desk employee did try but the noise continued. Front desk employee wrote a note stating shed speak to her supervisor to compensate us for the situation NO supervisor even attempted to contact us

  : Room wasnt as clean as I would expect, bathrooms are tiny and hard to use, you have to pay for breakfast here, pillows were lumpy and the wallpaper was peeling at some spots.

  : Room noisy; 2nd room no heat. I asked for quiet due to illness. That was ignored. The front desk person made a snide personal remark." Two a.m. desk ladies snickered, seemingly due to my partner's age difference.Odd and unprofessional.

  : The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. I love the full size shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. For once I was able to take a shower and not worry about having enough. The pool was the perfect temp to enjoy without freezing.
  : Breakfast is not included, but breakfast packages should be available and offered. That would have been lovely to include as an option. I was very disappointed the hot tub was emptied and out of service during our stay
