  : Clean and friendly staff who were more than accommodating to help me get a room after Booking.com and the facility did not have the proper communication to ensure my room reservation. I had to personally contact Booking.com to get the information I needed to get my room. I spent two hours in the lobby with Booking and the attendant finally agreeing on me renting a room and paying out of pocket. Luckily, they still had one! I paid the fee. Booking.com , in error billed me multiple times for the room. After seeing all the charges to my account early the next morning, I had to contact them again. Another hassle! They removed all, but one of the charges after me showing several pics of proof. The one they did not remove, I am still having to contact them over a month later without resolve! So, basically I paid double for that one night stay ( I had to pay the hotel the night of arrival to get a room and Booking still billed me too). I have used them for years when I travel, but will definitely reconsider from now on.

  : It was clean the room was nice very up to date
  : The front desk man kept asking personal questions then started asking me about someone who came to my room with me when it was not his business and then the housekeeping came in with out knocking and he came in behind them asking my friend who he was like it was his place making me feel uncomfortable so I left without finishing my stay he then comes out to see what car we left in very creepy and weird I did not feel safe there
