  : The location is perfect to go to the zoo safari and fasanolandia by walk. Which is the reason we chose this amazing hotel. But it is a bit far from centro Di fasano so you need a car. It's around 45 minutes by car from Bari airport.The staff are amazing and helpful. The restaurant has a very good a la carte menu.
  : The hotel is really nice there is not much to say that we didn't like. Maybe breakfast should be improved and the ac needs to be a bit better.

  : We stayed at this hotel purely because we were attending a wedding next door. The proximity and ease of getting there was fantastic. As for other aspects of the hotel, we were somewhat disappointed. The hotel advertised a free shuttle service but this wasnt operating. The rooms are far from quiet and on the 3rd floor at 10.30pm young children utilised the hallway as a running track, giggling and laughing. The air conditioner was on and off, it seems to be overridden at certain times (yes, we did have our window securely shut as advised by staff). When we arrived on the first day, the pool was closed. On our second day, one of the two pools became open. The breakfast was good but busy. This hotel obviously attracts several families visiting to zoo and/or adventure park. Like I said earlier, we stayed here out of convenience but it would not be a preference if we visited again.
