  : the property was very nice, my room was very cute with its patio and hibiscus flowers. It was simple yet with everything I needed: comfy bed, air conditioning, a useful outdoor sink and private bathroom. very friendly and welcoming staff, always teying to respond to everybodys needs.very good price for value!very strategic position: i rent a bike at the campung and the location is just a few minutes from all the beaches (especially the best ones: cala rossa and cala bue marino).
  : the bathroom would need an upgrade.i asked for a towel kit, but i had to ask for replacement twice cause they were not spotless.

  : i booked a "chalet" and upon my arrival they told me that it had no bed sheets. if i wanted them, the price was the same as the price that i paid for the room itself...i found it unfair.

  : The staff was really adorable and available for every needs. Nice and big trees in the propriety give you a real and unanimous coverture from the sun.Full of areas devolve to different tasks, equipped in the right way.Definitely a good experience.

  : The campsite is very cute and we really enjoyed our time in the Bungalow. Its a nice way of spending time on the island in the nature and still be close to everything. We appreciated several services they offered such as very nice croissants at the bar, the free pick up at the port upon arrival was amazing and also a luggage deposit was possible. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, and can definitely recommend it - prices are average compared to other places in Favignana.
  : Several services nevertheless were not included such as towels (10 per stay), wifi or using the power sockets in the common space - you are actually charged 1 when charging your device at the reception. The kitchen is equipped nevertheless, there is no sponge/soap/towels or basics such as oil/salt/pepper provided, so be aware of this upon your arrival :)

  : the camping is located in a strategic location: close to the center and to the best coves.
  : We came to the camping with the best intentions, however, upon arrival we found out that our chalet was close to the barbecue area, which made our stay a nightmare due to the smoke stink.THE ABOVE WAS NOT MADE CLEAR IN OUR BOOKING, and even though we let the staff members know, they replied, and quote, that the barbecue area was available "till midnight" (?!?!?!?).I am stil trying to figure out if that is a sort of timetable that limits the use of the barbecue, according to their interpretation.Staff is incredibly rude.I ended up having a row with one of the staff member, over the inappropriate words used by my sister to let the staff members know that the women toilets were not clean enough,I recognised it was not correct and i promptly apologise on her behalf.However the manager seemed to enjoy the show so instead of calming everyone's down, his reply was, and QUOTE THE MANAGER'S WORDS, "women are dirtier than men" (LOLs, LOLs, LOLs), and, QUOTE THE STAFF MEMBER'S WORDS "as long as there is not shit on the floor" the toilets are not dirty.After the argument, the toilets remained dirty.I am now laughing over the row we had, because i clearly lost it then and it all turned into a sad show, which the manager enjoyed (i truly want to stretch this point).The running water in the camping is SALTY, and the drinkable water was available only at a certain hours.We understand it is an island, but again, THE SALTY WATER SITUATION THAT WE BELIEVE IS PROBABLY SEA WATER MIXED WITH REGULAR WATER, WAS NOT MADE CLEAR IN THE BOOKING.I am also trying to figure out if that is legal or not.You need to pay for hot water, which is indeed stated clearly in the booking, however, even there, YOU WILL ALWAYS GET SALTY WATER.It is a shame because it is a big structure in a strategic location, but it needs a revamp.It is sad to see how little interest the staff has over retaining customers.
