  : Stunning view, nice pool, parking availability. We got a very good deal. The room size is quite big with an outdoor sitting area.
  : Cleanliness needs to be improved. Toilet revamping is also seems necessary. Better to hire a car if youre staying here. No kitchen facilities.

  : Though the view of the caldera was amazing, this villa is located a bit out of the way. It was a 25-30 minute walk to Fira, with no restaurants in between. The room is furnished rather sparsely, with no couch or comfortable chair to sit in. The TV is mounted high on the wall on the main level. If we wanted to watch, we had to pull up three legged stools and stare up.There was a loft bedroom with a rounded roof. We had to be careful not to hit our heads once we got up there. The shower didnt drain very well and so we would end up in ankle deep water at the end of our shower. A breakfast would have been nice.

  : I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed with its overall maintenance. The hotel is well maintained, and we booked two rooms, 109 and 110, which had breathtaking views. The highlight was the small table and two chairs on each balcony, allowing us to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. However, there was a drawback in the pool area. While it was kept clean, the water had a greenish hue, suggesting a need for more chlorine. It appeared to be growing slightly green around the edges, which regrettably led us to decide not to use it. Despite this, the hotel's ambiance and room views made for a pleasant stay.
  : We believe that paying more attention to detail could have enhanced our overall experience. For instance, not all the amenities listed in the description were provided, and the rooms didn't receive a thorough cleaning; there was a noticeable layer of dust on the shelves. The bathrooms in both rooms, in particular, needed more care. Additionally, we noticed that the bathroom floors had hair on them, and there were issues with mold in the bathroom sink and around the shower. These hygiene-related issues were disappointing and further affected our overall comfort during our stay.We also had concerns about the cleanliness of our bed covers, as we found a stain that appeared to be dried blood on one of them.

  : Mold in the shower, balcony door was broken and didnt lock. Nothing to sit on in the living area. Called booking when we checked in, was told someone would be over that evening to check, no call , no one showed up. It was a safety issue.

  : The view of the sea is beautiful and we were able to leave our luggage.
  : The location is far from the city centre, the reception does not stay open ( I don't know how long we had to wait despite the fact that we said when we would arrive...this never happened before with booking.com), there is no option for breakfast close by if you would like so we were very surprised by the good reviews in terms of the location. There is a very steep stairs between the bathroom and the room so not for everyone. We are not returning if possible.
