  : Really good location, good breakfast, but thats it.
  : 5th floor, our room balcony was into inside yard where all the kitchens where so smell of all the cooking dishes was always pressent into room if you leave window open. Shower is tiny, tiles on the floor of our hotel room where shatered, some where missing at all, walking barefoot was risk of slicing your foot… Lift in the hotel is shadiest what i ever seen… Theres no parking - so its aditional 32€ in the near by garage for a night… One way or another is way too expensive for what you get.

  : We really liked the location because it was really in the centre. The room was amazing, clean and big space for everyone. Breakfast was amazing as well.

  : The room was too small. There was no space to move around. It barely would fit 2 beds and it had 3 beds. It was somewhat complicated to acess the beds and the clothes

  : The location is truly outstanding. It is very near the train station and also near to all the main attractions (including the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery). Also, the breakfast is really good (the brioches are really nice) and the staff is really friendly and speaks all good English. In my stay, we had some problems getting out of the city due to a railway personnel strike and they helped us to book some extra day in the accomodation. Really helpful people when you need them.
  : The only things that were not so good were the shower in one of the apartments. It was really small and (if you are big as I am) it can get pretty tight. Although, I booked a Quadruple Room and a Family Room, only the later had a small shower. The other one was just fine. Another thing worth noticing is that they close the reception at 17:00h but they have a nearby hotel that helps them to cover this issue. Overall, the Hotel is great, but these points are worth noticing to adjust expectations.
