: It is super close to the beach
: This house was very dirty. The beds felt like there was sand in them and appeared to have dog hair stuck to the sheets. The floors were not cleaned. And there is a terrible ant problem.

: Great location near beach! Private and quiet house only a short walk to the beach. The house had all the amenities that we would have expected and more. It was only short drive to surrounding activities, such as old town Florence, Sea Lion Caves, and the trails at nearby parks.
: The floors were discolored, and it was challenging to determine if stained or dirty.

: The cottage was cozy and enjoyable. Perfect walking distance from the beach and beautiful lush surroundings. It offered privacy, but was close enough to town that trips for food or supplies weren't daunting. Very kid friendly and we felt safe and secure.
: When going to bed the first night, we pulled the comforter back to get into bed and there was a large amount of dog hair. It was all over the underside of the comforter and the top sheet. I am allergic to dogs, so we had to strip the bed and wash the sheets. The washer and dryer were too small to handle the blanket and there was not an extra one in the cottage so we used a small blanket from elsewhere in the house. There was also coffee left in the coffee pot that I'm assuming came from the last guests.

: The home was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect.
: The home was not properly cleaned. Floors were filthy, and one bedroom comforters had what looked like blood stains, and the bottom sheet of the same bed was covered in hair. The home was also quite dusty, with some cobwebs on light fixtures and walls.
