  : Just across the plaza from the Duomo. The lady who manages the place is a true gem. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Great value for the money.
  : Typical old cramped elevator common in older Italian buildings. The elevator wouldnt work if someone left a door open, then you had to walk up or down to shut the door.

  : Antonella was amazing and her croissants for breakfast were absolutely delicious. Super helpful even before I arrived with all the necessary information. Location was just incredible everything was within a 5/10 minute walking distance, the view from the room of the duomo was surreal and everything was just so organised. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend!
  : Bottled water should be included for amount you pay and a little annoying when people don't close doors to the lift and you have to walk

  : Can't beat the location!! Right off the main city square and in the heart of things. The square has lots of love musicians at night, so it was great to crack a window open and listen as we relaxed. The windows were very soundproof, and when the windows were closed you would never know how loud it was outside. The staff was very accommodating with our late check in, and the bed was very comfortable.
  : The room was very small. We don't mind a small room, but there's a limit. Basically big enough for a double bed and that's it, but the bathroom did the job. The sheets were pretty gross, honestly. The last morning of our stay there was a blood stain on them, and there was always hair that definitely wasn't ours on the bedspread and all over the bathroom walls. Also, one day we were there the water to the building was shut off, and the elevator doesn't work, so be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. I know these aren't really the properties fault, but it was frustrating nonetheless.

  : The location is just Wow, across from Duomo. The bed was so comfortable.Had a good night's sleep till the rang at 7.. Not the accommodation fault... Staff very accommodating allowed us to leave luggage while exploring on last day.

  : Location, location, location. Right in the heart of ancient Florence. You can't beat the stunning view (the B&B is aptly named). https://photos.app.goo.gl/TqoMB2ULiBztU1g9A Everything (grocery store, pharmacy, other shops, restaurants, conference center) is within an easy (and beautiful) walk. The sounds of Florence are intoxicating. But it is also good that the room has good shutters and windows that can keep out the noise and light when not wanted.
  : The room is spare and not very comfortable. No drawers or closets to put your clothes. The bed had a pretty saggy, lumpy mattress. This is a very old building that has been remodeled, but not with much care or charm in the rooms. The building itself is charming with its shutters, narrow staircase, and ancient elevator for 2 people (or 1 person and luggage). Breakfast is just a typical Italian light continental breakfast. 1 pastry, 2 small pieces of Melba toast, a cup of tea/coffee, and a glass of juice and some butter and jam....all brought to the room at a time (only between 8:00 and 8:45 am) of your choice. There is no attendant or service after 12:00pm.
