  : Air con. The very high ceiling meant that it needed another sir con unit. The owner just seemed to be away as soon as we arrived

  : great location, very close to some excellent restaurants and bars but out of the tourist craziness on the other side of the river. comfortable accomodation
  : small point but would have been nice to have some basic supplies such as washing liquid for the washing machine and olive oil. however overall a very comfortable place

  : A fantastic location. Large space with many items you may need during your stay. natural light is limited but most time is spent outside anyways.
  : the towels werent changed in a 5 day stay and the couch isnt comfortable and is peeling

  : The bed was super comfy and the location was really fantastic. It was nice having our own kitchen to prepare meals as well as a couch and big tv for when we wanted some downtime.
  : The bathroom sink water smelt like burning plastic? I have no idea why, but it would start to give us a headache to be in the bathroom for too long. The water tasted funny to drink as well so we just stuck to bottled water. Also the shower constantly went from burning hot to super cold no matter where the dial was left. I also saw a lot of chunks of dirt coming out of the AC when it was turned on, I think it needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

  : The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped with everything you could need. Walking distance to all the best spots in Florence and has a lovely market with lots of restaurants close by. I felt very safe and secure and the little courtyard was a bonus! I loved that there were plenty of different spaces to sit and relax, especially the book corner upstairs. The communication with Lane was great, always responding quickly and very helpful. Grazie mille- a perfect stay!
