  : Room was well located for our purposes, with an easy walk to the train and bus stations. Rooms were in great shape and were very clean with excellent restroom facilities. The staff was very friendly and tried to address any concerns or issues.
  : The first night the AC didn't work throughout the night and woke up extremely hot and the room was 24.5 degrees C. I talked with the property manager and was going to check out, but they assured us it was now working (it was a setting issue) so we stayed another night. The next night it was much better but would not go colder than 22.5C, which was acceptable but not as cool as we normally sleep. They did upgrade our room the last night but 22.0C was the coldest that room would go.

  : If breakfast could have been a little earlier as we had a 7.30am start on one of the days so didnt have enough time to have breakfast

  : Loved the decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy and bathroom was spotless.
  : It was a bit farther from town than i realized but it was very quiet! We opened our windows the first nite and got bit by mosquitoes. But then our room seemed to still have them, we kept killing them but never got them all. i came home with bites everywhere. It would be nice if the windows had screens to avoid the bugs.

  : Great hotel, great service, and very tastefully decorated. The host was super nice and prompt to help at any chance. The reception is not open at all times so make sure to communicate your actual check-in time. Other than that, no issues with getting in late at night. And do not forget to close the elevator doors! The hotel is very close to Piazza di San Marco, the Museum La Academia, and the Duomo.
  : Only complaints: I had requested two single beds for me and my mom to find out on the spot that those were not available and we would have to share a double bed. At least the host provided two duvets and it wasn't a big issue (it could have been if I was with someone else). On another note, the room had some air freshener/fragrance which I would prefer had been left out. Not everyone might like the fragrance and I don't think it was needed. I just kept it in a hidden corner of the room so the smell wouldn't be so strong. Also, the wifi would not work sometimes depending on where in the room we were, so wouldn't recommend if you have to work from there.

  : It likely not the properties fault, but for some reason during our stay ir was pretty noisy (both outside and in the other rooms), and there were many mosquitoes in the room that ate us up at night
