  : Situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds. The historical center is just a little over a half hour walk away.

  : While the location is a little further out from the centre, it is still walking distance. However, since you're a little further out of town the restaurants are less busy which was a big bonus. The beds are very comfy we did both sleep very well! The rooms were very tidy and clean, the staff in charge of this are doing a great job!
  : The overall look of the hotel needs updating. It is very dated, with red shag carpets throughout which contributes to the slight damp smell as the only way to the bathroom from the pool is through the restaurant area which is carpeted. The staff aren't particularly attentive. Busy pool with multiple people and not one employee in sight to take drink orders which would mean they are missing out on business. They offer very small bathroom toiletries which is a personal gripe of mine as they're only big enough for one person so if there's two, highly recommend bringing your own. There seems to be limited hot water as I tried a few late evenings to have a warm shower but after leaving it to run for over 10 minutes it never warmed up.

  : The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was good. It had car parking available on site which is a bonus as it can be quite difficult to get free parking nearby to accommodation in most places in Italy.
  : The trade off for having parking on site is that it is a 20-25 minute walk or more (depending on your walking pace) to the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo.

  : Location was great, only about 20 minutes walk from Florence city center. Room was spacious and very clean, en suite bathroom with bidet (!) and shower, also very clean with towels changed every day (we stayed 3 nights) without being asked. Breakfast was European and plentiful, fresh fruit, pastries as well as hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The outdoor/pool area was well maintained and lovely to hang out at after a day of walking in the city in high temperatures, towels were provided and refreshments could be gotten on request, charged to the room.
  : Nothing, all was perfect. Could not recommend this hotel enough and would most certainly book there again for another city break in Florence.
