  : The apartment is nice. You have a nice first floor with a shared kitchen. Inside the room, you have a sofa and a private bathroom, and on the first floor the bed. The bed is very comfortable.
  : The light next to the bed was broken and was full of mosquitos. Maybe leave some anti-mosquitos plugs can help.

  : Location good, outside of the main touristic city center but much more easy going zone, not so much noise at night and yet at a walking distance of every monument in the city. The room was big and the bed was confortable and spacious for two people. It was clean and it had AC, esential in Florence's hot summer.
  : The reception was made by a link sent at your email so you had to look for it in the email etc every time you wanted to entrer even the building because we so nobody at the check in nor check out. For us this was a nuissance because of the movile battery etc, you had to be sure to have enough to be able to enter the building at night etc. The shower was very big, but the glass separation provided zero visual intimacy in the shower, so we have to put a towel to separate the zones. The shower didn't have any mobile head, only the one attached to the ceiling so I was difficult to wash the hair o to wash only the body.

  : It says there is a kitchen on the facility information. But that is wrong. If you are planning to cook during your stay, stay away from here. Since the floor is complete stone and there was no carpet at all, despite the air conditioner the ground was cold.The isolation of the shower is very poor. It is leaking water out of the cabin onto the ground. It felt really bad cleaning it after paying more than 100 per night.

  : the check in was difficult- the owner sent the link how to open the door from the internet site, but the pictures of the door and detailed instructions I received only after I called home twice. it was difficult to find the right door- theres no sign of the right address on it( the code from the room didnt work either, so the owner gave me another code again after my call. at 12am our neighbors arrived and they couldnt get to their room because of the same problem- people were waiting in the little hall for 2 hours because they couldnt get though to the owner. I figured that I could help them trying to open their door with my code - and guess what? it worked - so, the code was the same from all rooms) as for the facilities, they are really basic with the shower in the corridor (so, if you travel with your friends, it might be a problem because theres no privacy whatsoever) plus, it was clogged.
