  : We were transferred to another location by parione uno and were told that this new place is even better but there was nothing better about it. Four people were put into one small room where we couldnt even move. Too much discomfort.

  : Location was good - walking distance from station and in a great location near the river. Air conditioning was working well for cooling and heating. Coffee machine in reception area also water from a machine. Room was clean. Staff nice.
  : Bathroom very small - toilet hard to get in to behind the hand basin. No where to put your things in the bathroom. This is not a proper hotel or a bed and breakfast. It is more of series of rooms. Getting in and out is a bit of a hassle with multiple doors/keys and a tiny lift where if someone forgets to close the two doors you have to climb stairs to 4th floor. No one is there on reception most of the time. Room was adequate but quite small. No options for breakfast.

  : Very nice place and clean. Location is close to all the attractions. Arno river is around the corner with all the beautiful bridges. Florence Cathedral is about 15 minute walk. I liked that there was a tea kettle in the room and a water station in the lobby. Staff was helpful in arranging a taxi to train station which is about a 10 minute drive.
  : Was a little pricey but nonetheless it was enjoyable.

  : Room and location
  : This is a B&B actually, host is staying in the place, the room was not sound proof at all. A sick elderly member of the host family was in room next. His coughing and other sounds due to age and illness disturbed our sleep. This was the costliest place of stay during our europe trip. Regret the stay when considering the money paid

  : Great location, elevator is helpful for suitcaess. Keypad entry option is available after check in and you can leave your room keys in the lock box when you go out for the day. Really appreciated the coffee and water in the reception area and the kettle in the room.
  : Room is small (for example, no room to fully open a suitcase unless it was placed on the bed) but that isn't unusual for hotels in Europe.
