  : Very large and spacious. So quiet and we were able to block out the sun and sleep well. Perfect we could store our luggage.
  : The bed was just ok, but it may be time to invest in upgrading mattresses.

  : The location was the reason I booked at this place. The pictures must have been of other rooms as mine was not one that was posted.
  : Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was not as described or displayed in the pictures. I booked transportation through the same site i booked the room but since check in is at a different location, the driver took us to the condo, not check in. Made for an unpleasant arrival experience since we were already tired from the flight.

  : The location is amazing. Nice to be able to go out for awhile and then come back to rest and go out again. Lovely size apartment. Lift up to apartment. Soundproofed but can open the windows if you want. Not far from the train station.
  : Disappointed there was no tea or coffee or salt and pepper provided. Some people might have trouble with the step up and then the step down into the bedroom. If you are looking for reception, it is a long way from the apartment.

  : Very difficult to follow the instructions given to access by car. It was almost impossible to find the Hotel de Lanzi as it is in a tiny narrow street with very poor signage. The area to leave the car as arranged for collection by the Garage was in a loading side street occupied by a delivery truck for 30 minutes so we had to drive round a one way system. We would never recommend this car arrangement. The garage however returned the car at a much more convenient point and helped us negotiate a legal route out. Please review your recommendation!! Cars should perhaps be dropped further outside the LTZ

  : We really loved the location, the apartment was actually very clean too and the view overlooking the square was magical to be honest. The staff were very very friendly and their english was good too so that really helped us to feel welcome. Everything else was perfect, just the noise.
  : The main thing that really affected us was the noise. Like, having live music go on until 2 in the morning from the restaurant over the other side of the square, it kept us up every night. I know it's not really avoidable, but it definitely affected our quality of life.
