  : Location was excellent, within walking distance of great restaurants and all highlights of Florence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and large enough for a family of 4 (2 teenagers). Equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

  : The location was good and access to sites. Hosts were very good and fulfilled our requests quickly.
  : A fair walk from station and steep stairs up to apartment and the restaurant was noisy each night in the laneway but closed by midnight.

  : Location was terrific. Having two bedrooms was great. Full facilities included, iron, ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, toiletries and clean towels
  : We had to wait for about 40 minutes in the hallway, outside the apartment because the cleaners had locked the door and taken the key which needed to be located but we got in eventually and the host was helpful in coordinating our entry.Floor seemed as if it had not been cleaned properly and areas were dusty.Despite having paid for cleaning charges, we were asked to throw out our garbage at the end of the street which was a first for us! However, the host was reasonable when I called her up and said we could leave the garbage at the apartment (it was only a few small bags)

  : Huge space in the center of the city. All amenities you could want. Extra surprise: neighbor overlooking the dining room is a painter that paints by the window and it made everything cooler. Local restaurant (recommended by host) in the same block was some of the best food we had in Florence.
  : Block lost power once. Ran the washer and the stove on high and it tripped the main breaker, had to reset. Owner anticipates this and left instructions, no problem.

  : The location ( perfect with the garage for a fee) and equipment of the apartment. Hosts very accommodating, every question was answered quickly. Everything is within walking distance.
  : Due to the age of the house, everything is very bright.
