  : - the sofa bed: awful, terrible!!! it was clear that it was a sofa-bed from the images when booking, but the mattress was way too thinjust add even a thick ikea one!

  : The only thing we like is the location and the size of the property. But considering of what we have experienced, we could have booked a hotel with the price we paid.
  : 1. Response time of the property manager was poor. We asked about the heater because it is not functioning. The weather is cold and raining and we have an infant with us. Unfortunately our watsapp message was just read and ignored. 2. The second bathroom door does not close. The wood has expanded and it no longer closes and fits. So you can only use one bathroom which is on the main bedroom. 3. The living room sofa smells. It badly needs shampoo and cleaning.

  : Location is great, the building is magnificent and the room is quite big with a beautiful garden view.
  : The pull out sofa instead of a bed was very uncomfortable.

  : INCREDIBLE location. In the center of the city right by luxurious shops and streets. 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 2 minutes from Ufizzi Gallery. Elevator for the heavy luggages, cold AC in room. Guests were accommodating and checked us in 1 hour in advance, greatly appreciated.
  : The bed was a sofa pop up. So bad we barely slept even if we were destroyed from walking all day. It was my fault for not paying attention because it was mentioned in the booking, I just think it would not cost much to have a normal bed, which would make everything perfect.

  : Great location, fab apartment.
  : It may be an idea for the apartments so stagger their arrivals as they try to have all people checking in at the same time. We could have checked in two and half hours earlier. The check in guy was very busy with other check ins. Maybe this could be considered for the future. The cleaners could have cleaned the apartment sooner rather than later, so we could have checked in and left our bags before the clean! Also I am still waiting for my 300 security deposit to be loaded back to my credit card but it now seems to have gone missing! Very frustrating as I am now 300 down and have had to raise an investigation with my credit card company to ascertain why the funds have not been made available again.

  : The location was fantastic. Everything was clean, the unit was well stocked, very spacious and once we were in, it was really nice.
  : The communication about doing a late check in was not great and we ended up having to wait on the street for a while despite communicating when we were arriving. Also, one of the two showers was broken and unusable.

  : Location great, Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was good. Size of the place was great. Much bigger than expected. Elevator was nice after long days of wallking. Location was great. We would totally recommend the place if they got a new bed and provided adequate basics..at the end of the day the bed is most important
  : Bathroom: they only provide 1 small hotel sized soap for 2 people for 4 days and 2 rolls of tp. We felt there should be extra in storage for the whole stay. Washer only had enough soap for one cycle. This should be provided to make it a complete apt. Bed: worst part of the stay. Incredibly uncomfortable. Only provide 2 pillows. Extra pillows were in cabinets but no pillowcases! We had to put them in tshirts to cover them. Blankets were in storage and covered in hair. Asked for replacement and never received.Tv could use to be upgraded to a smart tv since most people use online services.We did not expect to have to provide our own toiletries and stuff to complete our stay..its such an easy fix for them to handle that and I hope they do for future.
