Disappointing

  : There was only one very friendly guy at reception, at the dining area as a waiter, making coffee, picking up used dishes, arranging car parking permits and etc…Very nice breakfast I must say.Kindly helped us check out a little later than 11am but my reminder call was a little aggressive.
  : The Relish is rated as 5 star but I think whoever has given the 5 stars to them needs to consider or inspect again because as someone who has been travelling for years and having to stay in constantly in hotels, The Relish is nowhere near 5 star.The “5 star” hotels, reception was just a glass desk that was not manned at all times.“5 star hotel” no lifts in the property so if you have any health issues that would not allow you to climb stairs then don’t bother I would say.“5 star hotel” you had to order your breakfast a day before and if for whatever reason you forgot to order your breakfast a day before then you won’t get anything.“5 star hotel” the main entrance door is on a latch so if you arrive certain time of the evening then you must use a Yale key that’s provided to help yourself get and do not expect to find anyone at the reception if you even have any question or need.The headboard of our bed in the Trinity room which was near floor to ceiling (looked nice but) fell on me and my partner whilst we were asleep and I had to push it back in its place. I must say I did not say anything to hotel management regarding this matter, but yes it really did fall on us.“5 star hotel” expect to pay for parking for each day you stay if you arrive with a car.The room was tiny, more travelogue level and NOwhere near 5 star hotel level.Bathroom was nice and newly decorated but because the shower was in a bathtub, it had no support handles to give you help to get in or out when wet and very slippery. If you’re someone who needs a little support as it can be slippery then you have no chance but to have an accident unless you’re on your hands and knees like what I had to do.“5 star hotel” my laptops screen was bigger than the TV in the room we stayed in.

  : Location is good. Breakfast was well cooked. Very welcoming receptionist.
  : It's a 3 star b&b not a 5 star facility. Room was very dusty. Smelled musty with damp on the walls, cracks and dirt on walls. Shower wasn't washed but wiped which was very obvious to someone like me who has worked in hospitality fair amount of my life, there was hair on shower wall from a previous guest and shower drain was dirty and mouldy. One of the lights in the shower wasn't working too. Kettle wasn't descaled and mugs where dirty. Plastic bathroom glasses in 5 star facility and nescaffe sachets ??? No full sized mirror in the room and ancient TV covering the only mirror in the bedroom. No bar at the lobby or anything to mark it 5* . Long stairs , no lift. Nobody shows you room or offers help to bring anything upstairs only passes you the keys and shows which way to go. We stayed in a much better facilities right next to the sea with a view to the sea for 2 nights and payed the same amount of money for a stay as in this bad smelling room, full with dust facing a building on construction for one night only. I do not recommend.

  : Location was excellent; the private communal gardens at the back were a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious.
  : The room was quite snug for two people and was very warm (to be fair, it was a hot night).

  : The Orchid room was excellent. Spacious and the bathroom with bath and separate shower was greatChilled water from the fridge in reception was usefulVery convenient for the front park area.
  : We pre-ordered breakfast. It was ok. There was a bowl of fruit - apple, orange, pear, banana but a dish of prepared fruit would have been nice.The gentleman was very attentive and pleasant but we got the impression he wasn’t used to running a B & B
