  : I ask for a handicap accessible room when making reservations and also ask at check in was told that's what I got. My sister is 71 years old has to use a walker to walk with. Was unable to get in the tub needed a shower only, the commode had no rails.
  : Hotel employeewas very nice at check in but when chking our a lady very rude told her might be 5-10 min. Late getting out of the room she insisted go say in Lobby so with all our luggage and sister barely able to walk . Went and stood on sidewalk in the cold

  : Only the female working the front counter. Her customer service and location was the only thing nice about this hotel. Manager/owner not good, stay away unless you are desperate!!
  : Pretty much everything went wrong with our stay at this hotel! They took our money and when we got there the manager didn't reserve the rooms the poor lady at the counter did all she could to help, after 30 min of him trying to figure it out she got me in
