  : There were drug deals going down all hours, prostitutes in the parking lots and on the property all hours, 2 - 24 hour massage parlors outside our room window. The room was in bad condition, very bad. Supposedly handicap but there was a 1 1/2 inch open rise where the floor was higher than the older floor to the shower and it was wall tile that was used on the floor which was very slick. There was a piece of old shower knob that was left in the shower which was sharp and dangerous and white patch on the wall and the new shower know was outside the shower. The hot and cold water was controlled backwards. the walls and ceilings had holes where things had been moved and not patched, headboard to one bed was missing, screws hanging through the ceilings, it was a mess. We were scared the whole time that we were there. Was told that Booking had to talk to the manager who wasnt there. Nothing the next day. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she said that she would put it on the list when the manager got back to speak with him but this was going into the 3rd night. Booking finally said that we could go elsewhere but would get no refund. Their statement on their booking page says something like "peace of mind".... well, there was no "peace of mind" at this place and we would like to be compensated for the frightening nights that we spent at this place.

  : Overcrowded room, beat up crappy furniture, no breakfast, kingsize bed on a queen headboard, unneeded extra bed and overstuffed chair right in the doorway, and it was way overpriced for the dump that it is.

  : Clean beds and linens. air conditioning worked. No bugs. Normal amenities. Room appeared to have been renovated.
  : No hot water for showers. No plug if one wanted a bath. Towels were (although clean) like sandpaper.

  : Really outdated. Toilet seat broken, fridge died in the night & defrosted all over the floor. Lots of traffic noise. Paper thin walls. Dreadful breakfast. Go somewhere else, spend a bit more money, you are worth it!!!
