  : Had an issue retrieving the keys and codes, however it was resolved in just a few minutes. I liked the texting for help and resolutions.

  : I would have liked a hot tub .
  : confusion with code not working took several tries and even the lock box did no work. they finally got us in with a code. The one thing I didn't like was I called 2 days before we left to get clean towels, they said they put in for a work request. When I got home that day there were no towels. when I called customer service they said we get one package and we were responsible to wash them. You should have told me that prior I even asked do I need to do them and the customer service person said no.

  : There was no contact with any staff at all. Except by phone. No information about local attractions. Check in was strictly 4pm. Even the rooms were ready when we arrived at 2:30And a 10am check out is a little to early.

  : The condo was very clean. The bed was very comfy. The room had nice beachy decor with a small kitchen and table. The property had great water views with a nice pool area and close to some restaurants. Theres a couple of gas stations around. If you drive about 3 miles your at the beach. I would definitely want to stay again.
  : I wish the room had a hair dryer on the wall. It would of been nice to have a fan for people who sleep with one, and a broom if you want to sweep while your there. Other then that it was great.
