  : Trash wasn't taken out in room, maids waited outside of our room for 30min before we checked out (week within checkout time) which we felt pressured to leave.

  : Pretty much everything was perfect except for one item. The strong perfume smell in the room was unbearable. Ive never stayed in a hotel with a perfume smell that strong. I'm guessing it's from the cleaning products. It's not a mild perfume smell that's lightly permeating the air, it's as if a perfume bottle is being held up to your nose. Our family had to go outside just to feel like we could breathe a breath of fresh air to escape it. If this gets modified/fixed...maybe with more natural products..then my rating is a 10 out of 10. If that doesn't get adjusted, I'd have to overnight stay somewhere else because the smell also interferes with your sleep and can cause headaches
